Prerequisites: Open Water Diver
Recommended: Nitrox Diver, Recreational Sidemount
Good Buoyancy and basic diveskills.
Proof of 25 logged dives, preferable more.

Configuration:
Single Tank Backmount and a stage Tank or
on Sidemount

Must be able to answer “No” to all questions on the medical statement.

Minimum age is 18. Dive Insurance is strongly recommended.
Pro Tip: Have a few spare days available, in case additional training is needed or if the weather is not cooperating.

Please Note:

  • Course will start between 8:30 and 9:00AM at the dive shop and finish at approximately 15:00-17:00PM each day. Please plan accordingly.
  • Training is offered in English! Online training materials are available in many languages.
  • Training is purchased, certification is earned, no refunds will be given if you cannot meet the training requirements.
  • This course is a taster for everyone who want to see if Technical Diving is for them before making a commitment for further Technical Training and gear purchases.
  • You will get advise on sensible gear purchases depending on your goals.

We believe every responsible diver should refrain from diving with caged whale sharks in Okinawa!

  • Whale sharks are an endangered species
