Prerequisites: - Minimum age 18
- Provided proof of at least 40 logged dives, proof of 60 dives is needed for certification
- Advanced Diver Certification
- Rescue Diver Certification
- Provide proof of current CPR, first aid and oxygen provider
- Must get "fit for diving" clearance from a doctor, prior the course starts

Please Note:

 

  • Divemaster is a professional course, required to work in the dive industry or to sign up for an Instructor course. In this course you will learn how guide certified divers underwater, give dive briefings, demonstrate basic skills in demonstration quality. You are expected to act as a role model diver to the best of your ability. Participants of the Divemaster course will be asked to sign a training contract.
  • Master Scuba Diver is a combination of specialty courses designed to make you a better diver. You have the choice between a variety of specialty courses to learn and refine the skills you are interested in. This course option is designed for those wanting to become better divers, but not lead or teach others.
  • Your training will start daily at the shop at 8:30AM and usually you will finish the day 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
  • Training is offered in English! Online training materials are available in a variety of languages.

We believe every responsible diver should refrain from diving with caged whale sharks in Okinawa!

  • Whale sharks are an endangered species
  • Whale sharks are not fed adequately
  • Sharp corals growing on the netted cage, injuring the whale sharks every day
  • Recreational divers are not trained to dive overhead environments
  • Operator is not associated with the aquarium or any other scientific research project in Okinawa
