| Prerequisites: | No prior experience with scuba diving is required! Must be able to answer “No” to all questions on the SDI medical statement. Minimum age is 10 with parental consent Students between the ages of 10 through 14 may obtain an SDI Junior Certification. |
| Pro Tip: | While your diver training is performance based not time based, we acknowledge that not everyone learns at the same speed. Additional training for those who require more practise is available. |
Please Note:
- Our courses typically begin at 8:30 AM at the dive shop and finish around 4:00 PM each day. Please plan your day accordingly.
- All participants must be able to swim and feel confident in water too deep to stand in.
- Confined Water Training will take place in shallow ocean water or a swimming pool, depending on availability and conditions.
- Instruction is primarily offered in English and German. Online study materials are available in multiple languages for your convenience.
- Training is purchased, but certification is earned. Additional training sessions can be scheduled to help you reach your goals.
- For your safety, please do not fly for 18–24 hours after your last dive. Keep this in mind when planning your travel schedule.
