We’re looking for scuba instructors who bring more than just certifications. We believe diving skills can always be learned and improved—but personality and mindset are something you bring with you. We want team members who are motivated, reliable, and truly want to be here—even when the sun is blazing, the humidity is high, and your last day off feels like a while ago. If you have a positive attitude, a love for the ocean, and enjoy making diving fun and safe for others, you’ll fit right in. Passion, professionalism, and the right mindset go a long way—and if that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
