We are looking for Divemasters and Instructors. At Piranha Divers we believe diving skills can always be learned and improved, but personality and mindset are something you must bring with you. Eligibility |
Applicants must already have the right to live and work in Japan, for example by holding a working holiday visa. Please note that Piranha Divers is not able to offer visa sponsorship to individuals we have not previously worked with or met in person. |

Language & Culture |
You should be comfortable communicating in English and have an understanding of Japanese language and culture. |

Work Conditions |
Work schedules, holidays, salary, and overtime are all in line with Japanese labor law requirements. |

Training & Certification |
We’re happy to assist long-term employees in obtaining the Sensuishi license (in English). |

Diving Approach |
Staff should cross over to SDI/TDI and follow their teaching approach, including conducting skills in neutral buoyancy. |
